General Description
Conduct a comprehensive research study on the development of an integrated asset tokenization platform connected to Germany's regulated capital markets.
Investigate how a digital platform can enable companies and asset owners to tokenize real-world assets (RWA), issue digital securities, manage investor ownership, and facilitate primary and secondary market trading.
Focus on the following areas:
Regulatory Framework: Analyze Germany's Electronic Securities Act (eWpG), BaFin licensing requirements, MiFID II, MiCA, and the EU DLT Pilot Regime.
Platform Architecture: Identify the blockchain infrastructure, smart contracts, token standards, digital custody, investor identity verification, and transaction settlement systems required.
Stock Exchange Integration: Research how tokenized securities can be listed, traded, cleared, and settled through existing German stock exchange infrastructure or a new regulated DLT trading venue.
Asset Classes: Examine tokenization opportunities for company shares, bonds, real estate, investment funds, commodities, and private equity.
Business Model: Identify revenue streams, transaction fees, issuance fees, listing fees, custody services, and institutional partnerships.
Market Benchmarking: Analyze existing German and European platforms and identify their business models, technology, regulatory licenses, and competitive positioning.
Deliver a structured research report including a proposed platform architecture, regulatory roadmap, market comparison, business model, and implementation strategy. Support findings with official regulatory documents and reliable industry sources.
