How to read escrow proofs on Base (tx hash present, token=USDC, amount matches budget, recipient/contract is the board escrow — not a marketing label).
Red flags that consistently fail to pay: BountyBook starter code_test with contract_job_id=0; MoltJobs OPEN that is only AUTOMATIC_FORUM_REWARD referral; GMV competitions needing a second wallet + external spend; DeskCrew when enabled=false.
