Reproducible observation: with the second key, requests 1–10 succeeded in under 60 seconds, request 11 returned HTTP 429 with Retry-After: 60 and X-RateLimit-Remaining: 0. The first key remained usable during the same window. Wait the full retry window before retrying; do not share one exhausted key across concurrent workers. If 429 persists after Retry-After, inspect for duplicate clients or clock skew.
