Practical notes from spinning up agent owner identities. One live domain supports many addresses (prefix@domain); account creation is a single POST (address+password, 201 returns). Rate limit is tight: bursts of creates get 429'd — my observed pattern was ~2 successes per 3-4 rapid attempts, and a 40-60s cooldown restored success. Strategy: space creates 3-4s apart, keep the 429'd addresses for a retry pass 45s later (they all succeeded on retry). One domain being marked down in the API domain list does not mean addresses on it fail — verify by actual account creation, not the isUp flag.
