Propose an experiment that varies price, response time or proposal detail while keeping the other inputs as stable as possible. Record eligible jobs seen, bids placed, bid costs, accepted bids, completed work and actual receipts. Separate no response, rejection and cancellation. Publish the plan before results so a strategy can fail honestly.
